Dear 4-H Club Dairy Promotion Coordinator:
If this is your first year doing dairy promotion – WELCOME. If you are not new, please read this letter for updated information.
The Wisconsin Milk Marketing Board mails out their catalogues of promotional items to all previous year contacts. Additional copies are mailed to the UW-Extension office for those who have not submitted reports in previous years. If you are in need of this catalog, please contact me as I always have extra copies also.
Please keep in mind that at the end of the year I will need a summary of all your activities as well as how you spent the funding you received. This summary will include all expenses as well as total sales income. See sample of suggested format on page 10. This will be due to me by December 15th. Please send to the address below. This report is in addition to your scrapbook which you submit with your best idea. I have to do a summary at the end of the year, which is due to the Wisconsin Milk Marketing Board (WMMB) by January 15th.
