Pizza & Pie Fundraiser
Purpose: To raise funds to further the 4-H program. Profit is shared between the 4-H Leaders’ Association and participating clubs.
Sale Period: August 20 – September 20, 2011. Forms should be returned to Club Captains on or before Tuesday, September 20 OR as directed by each Club Captain. Please write due date on Family Letter.
Due Date: Club order totals are due to Judy Statz at the Extension Office via hard copy or a a “fill-in” form posted below and then sent via email to judys@jeffersoncountywi.gov by Monday, September 26. Late orders will not be accepted.
